Welcome to "The Madcap Heiress Shop." We cordially invite you to view our personal styling lookbooks and our irreverently elegant freshwater pearl and Swarovski crystal jewelry line. Please put on your driving gloves and slippers. And let's go for a madcap whirl of a ride!

Madcap Heiress is a jewelry collection that I designed in 2006. I was inspired by a series of baubled visions and a desire to live a footloose and fancy free life. I dreamed of excitement and cultural exchange with different eras and different peoples, moving effortlessly through time to the great cultural and historic events. So, I imagined my own time traveling devices, jewelry pieces keyed to a mystical, magical form of time travel. Imagine if you will, if you could just go at a moment's notice on a magic carpet ride to any time, any place in history. Just escape the mundane world, the difficult economic times. And bring beauty, refinement, grace and enlightenment wherever you traveled. I longed to be such a madcap heiress in another place, another time. So, I traveled through time and brought back my visions of enchanted jewelry to you! I hope as you wear these pieces or peruse our custom lookbooks, you'll travel within a heartbeat to the wilds of the African jungle or the remote mountains of Shangri-La or New Year's Eve in Paris. And live your life FREE.

We're an unique company that has an unique view on life. Each of our pieces is dedicated to a fabulous madcap activist. A portion of our profits will always be donated to our charities. Support your favorite causes by wearing our designs. We thank you in advance for your purchases.

We look forward to having fashionable fun with you!

See you in the stars!
Always Madcap,

A'esha Miller "The Madcap Heiress"

Collar Topia is your pet supplies store for one of a kind small dog harnesses,, small dog collars and adorable collars for cats.It all started because I got bored and since I have 5 cats and two dogs and you put that with the fact that I love sewing, this was a perfect idea. I love them all to death but the regular collars and dog harnesses at pet stores are just boring and not so easy to get on so I decided to make my own small dog harnesses but who wants to pay designer prices....not me and you won't either! I have been sewing and crafting for 20+ years. My daughters are all grown now so my pets are now my kids to have fun with!

I have created a blog called Crafty Saints. I am using the blog to promote other Christian artisans. I add new shops constantly.

DK Florals was started in 2003. DK Florals started as Divine Kreationz which specialized in Homecoming Mums and spirit gifts. Back in the beginning I thought I would just "start a little hobby" and start doing Homecoming Mums for a little extra money. Over time the hobby became a passion. We kept building and adding and before we knew it, we were doing 300 full size mum and 1000 mini mums a season. We also sell supplies to the masses, check it out at Dkmums.net. As the original DK grew our customers started to ask for more. So we became DK Florals and added Wedding, Prom and Wreaths for all occasions.

In another life I am also a Systems admin specializing in Imaging and Hardware Maintenance or otherwise known as a computer nerd. So it often makes folks wonder how I became a crafter, let alone in the business of crafts. I absolutely love to create and I love the faces of my customers when I create just what they were looking for. We strive for elegance and style here at DK Florals. Let me put some style in your life for your next special occasion.

Thanks

My grandmother and I spent lots of time in her kitchen just baking & cooking from the heart. She taught me so many things with the time we spent together. How to be creative and to be able to use what you have on hand to make something special.
The love & care she put into my life & what she handed down to me is a true soulful, satisfying, heartfelt full of LOVE time spent together.

~~~Now it is your turn to enjoy the pleasure of making "soul food" from your heart and sharing the love you have put into your dishes ~~~
The geeky mind behind 443Jewelry:
*Bright colors and avocados make me happy.
*I’m never sure if the door is locked, the flat iron is off, or the stove is still on, so I always have to go back to check.
*My wreck of a workspace is my organized mess.
*I crave creativity and am forever interested in other people’s creativity and the spaces in which they create in.
*I’m a sucker for sequined pillows, hearts, and anything with lettering or initials.
*I cannot tell a lie to save my life.
*My favorite quote is: “Her mind’s eye is seeing things from a better side than most can dream” by Dave Matthews Band.
Making jewelry is my passion and I spend hours searching for unique and beautiful gemstones and beads to inspire me to create my one of a kind designs. I use high quality sterling silver components and natural stones. My work is made to be worn and loved, it's a wearable work of art. I also do custom work so just let me know if you have a special occasion coming up or just need a gift for someone you love.
Silk Mandel
Hello,
My name is Silk and I'm a jewelry designer. I've been designing jewelry for a little over 12 years now. I live in southern California with my handsome husband. He also enjoys making jewelry and from time to time I will post a piece that he has designed. If it has leaves and more leaves then he probably designed it. He is on a leaf fetish at the moment .
Things I love:
Baby Deer (Fawn)
Coffee
The Beach
Autumn
Places I want to go:
Ireland
Tuscany
Istanbul
Well, that is is a little about me. Please contact me anytime if you have questions or want to say hello.
We are Karen Ruffles and Richard Porter living in Scarborough, UK where we make masquerade masks, take photos, draw and collect sea glass from the local beaches.
We are both artists in our own right so when we decided to work together, a mutual love of costume (both goths, we can't help ourselves) made masquerade designs a natural choice.
We love the work we do as the possibilities for the wire we use seem endless- every new design leads to new discoveries and ideas!
Many thanks for you interest in us and our work,
Karen and Rich,
GGS
HELLO and WELCOME to my Etsy Jewelry Boutique :-)
My Name is Fatema, the Designer and self taught jewelry artist of Silver Lily Jewelry.I am a first generation Canadian,Indian by descent, born and brought up in the big crazy city Toronto.I have a minor obsession with fashion and dessert's.
Silver Lily Jewelry began when I was shopping for a particular piece and couldn't find what I had in my head, frustrated I remembered a bead store I would frequent as a child with my dad,bought the supplies needed and got in touch with my childhood hobby.
What started as an innocent passion has evolved into a line of hand crafted fine precious metal and gemstone jewelry with a focus on unique design,fresh and fun color combination's and custom option's celebrating the Strength ,Beauty and Grace of Women the world over in our rewarding yet sometimes challenging roles as Mother's Daughter's,Sister's,Friend's,Wives, Careerist ......... I hope my pieces can become token's of Love, Appreciation,Friendship or Achievement that memories can be made and passed on with.
When designing I am inspired most by Nature,Fashion,Pop Culture,Art Travel and my Ethnic/Canadian heritage.
I now live and make my jewelry in the smaller quieter city of Dartmouth on the East Coast of Canada with my Husband and Kid's.
When not negotiating extra video game privileges,obsessing over design's, tutoring,hunting the next decadent chocolate or comforting apple recipe,I equally enjoy alone time with a cup of cocoa (ice cream in the summer) and a book/magazine or sharing laugh's and an amazing meal with Family and Friends.
I was born in Santa Barbara, CA. Raised in the Air Force, I traveled all over the world and gained a great appreciation and love for art. In 1990, I joined a lapidary club in Florida and learned the art of stone cutting which naturally led to the desire to learn to set the stones. After college I moved to Atlanta, GA to study the art of jewelry design and became a Goldsmith and Silversmith. I worked as a jeweler for a high-end art and jewelry gallery for 11 years before moving with my family to New Hampshire.
Custom jewelry artistry has always been my greatest passion. I look forward to designing and fabricating each custom piece of jewelry and seeing the joy it brings others.
Hello from New Hampshire!
All my friends call me Val.  My husband Rick and I have retirement dreams.  I've always wanted a quilt shop to sell fabric, notions, gifts, quilts and offer longarm quiting services.  Rick has always wanted to make or restore furniture. Both of us are still working full time jobs.  I have been with my employer for 32 years and have been a supervisor/leader in production making filters for the pharmaceutical industry.  Rick is currently working as a foreman doing
painting, papering, and capentry for his employer. He has owned his own painting/papering company in the past, worked for a cabinet maker for years, and worked as a painter, paperer, finish carpenter for a builder in Vermont.
With retirement just around the corner I opened our Etsy shop ValerysGallery in September of 2012.  Most of the refinished vintage furniture that we listed has already sold and we have about 30 more vintage furniture projects in the queue. Rick does the restoration and painting and together we work on the detailing or I do the upholstery.  I am a fabricholic and love the fiber arts, most of what I create will have fabric, lace, ribbon, or yarns included in the design.  Our shop listings are few due to time constraints, home remodeling projects and life in general but we have big plans for the shop's future.
In the meantime, I'm finishing up some projects (trying not to start new ones), exploring Etsy, blogging about my future creative space, and having a great time with the It's A Madcap Life team.
